Story Summary

The story of people living on the clouds. Inspire imagination of the sky.

In a small town in France, there was a little girl named Lucy who was extremely fond of daydreaming. Every day, she would sit in her small yard at home and look up at the sky. There were white clouds in the sky like snow, and those clouds, in Lucy's eyes, were like huge and mysterious castles.

Lucy often thought that there must be a lot of special people living in the cloud castles. Their houses were built with soft clouds, and so were their beds. Sleeping on them must be as comfortable as sleeping on cotton candy.

One day, a beautiful white dove flew down in front of Lucy. The feathers of the white dove were shining with a strange light. It said to Lucy, "Lucy, do you really want to go to the cloud castle? I can take you there." Lucy was both surprised and happy. Without hesitation, she climbed onto the dove's back. The dove flapped its wings and slowly flew towards the sky. As they got closer and closer to the cloud castle, Lucy saw that the castle walls were piled up by layers of clouds, emitting a soft light under the sunshine.

The houses in the castle were of different shapes, some like mushrooms, some like flowers, all made of clouds. She saw that the people here were wearing white, cloud - like light clothes, and their faces were full of happy smiles. The people here warmly welcomed Lucy's arrival and took her to visit all kinds of wonderful places in the castle.

Lucy says goodbye to the cloud castle

However, time passed quickly, and it was getting dark. The dove told Lucy that she had to go home. Lucy was very reluctant to leave, but she knew she had to go. She said goodbye to her new friends one by one, and then climbed onto the dove's back. The dove slowly flew away from the cloud castle with Lucy. Lucy looked back at the cloud castle that was getting farther and farther away, and secretly decided in her heart that she must come to this wonderful place again in the future. After returning home, Lucy would still often sit in the yard, look up at the clouds in the sky, and recall the wonderful time in the cloud castle.
