In a mysterious forest in Germany, there lived a kind forest elf. This elf was tiny, with transparent wings on its back, and always wore a dress made of leaves and flowers. There was a little boy named Hans. He especially liked to help others. One day, he found an injured little rabbit in the forest. Hans carefully carried the little rabbit home, bandaged its wound, and fed it carrots. However, the rabbit's leg was seriously injured, and Hans was worried that it could no longer jump around happily as before.
