Once upon a time, in a beautiful German town, there lived a lovely little girl. She always wore a red hat, and everyone affectionately called her Little Red Riding Hood. One day, Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother was ill. Her mother made some delicious snacks and asked Little Red Riding Hood to visit her grandmother. Her mother told Little Red Riding Hood, "Baby, be careful on the road and don't talk to strangers." Little Red Riding Hood nodded obediently and set off.
Little Red Riding Hood walked along the path in the forest. The flowers on the roadside were colorful, and the birds sang merrily on the branches. Suddenly, a big bad wolf sprang out from behind the tree. When the big bad wolf saw Little Red Riding Hood, his eyes rolled around slyly, and he said insincerely, "Lovely little girl, where are you going?" Little Red Riding Hood forgot her mother's warning and replied, "I'm going to my grandmother's house. She's ill." The big bad wolf was secretly happy and asked again, "Where does your grandmother live?" Little Red Riding Hood told the big bad wolf her grandmother's address without any precaution.
After hearing this, the big bad wolf ran towards grandmother's house. It ran very fast and arrived at grandmother's house in a short while. Grandmother heard the knock on the door and asked, "Who is it?" The big bad wolf pinched his voice and said, "It's Little Red Riding Hood, grandmother. I've come to see you." Grandmother thought it was Little Red Riding Hood and opened the door. The big bad wolf rushed in at once and swallowed grandmother into his stomach.
Little Red Riding Hood was still walking slowly in the forest. She picked some wild flowers and wanted to take them to her grandmother. Finally, she arrived at her grandmother's house. She found the door was open and thought it was very strange. She walked into the house and shouted loudly, "Grandmother, I'm here." But no one answered.
Little Red Riding Hood walked to her grandmother's bed and saw a big bad wolf lying on the bed with a bulging stomach. Little Red Riding Hood was extremely frightened. She wanted to run away, but the big bad wolf jumped up at once and wanted to eat her. At this critical moment, a brave hunter passed by grandmother's house. Hearing the noise in the house, he rushed into the house. The hunter raised his shotgun, killed the big bad wolf, and rescued grandmother and Little Red Riding Hood.
From then on, Little Red Riding Hood remembered her mother's words and would never talk to strangers easily again. This story also tells children to be always vigilant against strangers and protect themselves.
