Suddenly, he heard a strange voice: "Little Ivan, it's not good for you to waste water like this." Ivan was startled and looked around. To his surprise, he found that the voice came from that old kettle.
Ivan's eyes widened. He couldn't believe that the kettle could talk. He stammered, "You... who are you? How can you talk?" The kettle replied slowly, "I am the guardian of this family. I have been here for a very long time, watching generations of people grow up. Water is a very precious thing. If you waste it like this, there will be no water to use in the future."
