In a wooden house deep in the mountains, there lives an old woman who can do magic and helps lost children.

In the deep mountains of Norway, there is a wooden house that looks quite ordinary. But this wooden house is far from ordinary because an old woman who can perform magic lives in it. The surrounding trees are tall and large, like guards protecting the wooden house. Smoke is always rising slowly from the chimney of the wooden house, as if telling of the warmth inside.

One day, a little boy got lost while playing in the forest. He wandered around in the woods but couldn't find his way out no matter what. He was both frightened and worried. His little face was scratched by branches, leaving some red marks, and his eyes were full of fear and confusion.

The little boy in front of the wooden house

In his panic, the little boy suddenly saw a wooden house. With a glimmer of hope, he ran towards the wooden house. When he reached the front of the wooden house and saw the old wooden door, he raised his hand and knocked on the door somewhat hesitantly. After a while, the door opened slowly, and the old woman looked at the little boy kindly. When the little boy saw the old woman, it was as if he had seen his savior. His eyes sparkled with hope, and he told his story with a sobbing voice. The old woman smiled and comforted him, then led him into the house.

It was very warm inside the house. There was a large fireplace, and the flames danced merrily inside. The old woman poured a cup of hot milk for the little boy. As the little boy drank the milk, he felt warm in his heart.

The old woman performs magic

The old woman decided to help the little boy find his way home. She took out her magic wand, and the little boy looked at the old woman with curiosity and expectation. The old woman closed her eyes and murmured a spell gently. The magic wand began to emit a soft light. The light grew brighter and brighter, illuminating the whole house.

The little boy finds his way home

As the magic was being performed, the little boy saw a picture on the wall of the house. It was a clear forest path leading to his home. The little boy jumped up happily. After thanking the old woman, he ran towards his home along the path shown by the magic. He ran very fast, full of energy all the way. The birds around also sang merrily, as if celebrating for him. Finally, the little boy returned home safely. He would never forget that magical wooden house and the kind old woman.
