In a quiet small town in France, there lived a little boy named Pierre. Pierre had a very special dream. He wanted to be a postman, but not an ordinary one. He wanted to be a postman who delivered letters to the stars.

The people in this town loved the stars very much. They believed that there were elves living on the stars, and those elves could bring good luck to people. Pierre firmly believed this as well. He thought that there must be all kinds of messages to be delivered among the stars, and he wanted to take on this magical mission.

Pierre had been full of curiosity about the stars since he was a child. Every night, he would lie in his small yard at home, looking up at the starry sky, and imagining that one day he could travel among the stars and deliver greetings from the earth or the stars.

As Pierre grew up gradually, he began to prepare for realizing his dream. He learned how to recognize constellations, just like getting to know every household in the town. He also learned a great deal of knowledge about the stars, and understood that the starlight had different meanings. Some represented new life, and some represented tranquility.

Pierre started to make special letters by himself. These letters were made of the softest paper, with the scenery of the town, people's smiling faces and his blessings to the star elves drawn on them. He put these letters in a beautiful small box and every night he would talk to the stars about the content of the letters, as if the stars could hear his voice.

One day, Pierre found an ancient tree in the forest. There was a glittering tree hole on the tree. He walked up to the tree hole curiously. Suddenly, a gentle breeze blew by, and he seemed to hear a voice saying, "Are you the child who wants to deliver letters to the stars?" Pierre replied, surprised and excited, "Yes, I'm Pierre!" The voice said again, "Climb into this tree hole, and you will find the way to the stars."

Pierre summoned up his courage and climbed into the tree hole. Inside the tree hole was a glittering tunnel, and the walls of the tunnel were twinkling with all kinds of little star patterns. He walked along the tunnel for a long time, and finally saw the exit. Outside the exit was a vast starry sky, and countless stars were twinkling right in front of him.

Pierre was extremely excited. He began to look for the first star to which he would deliver a letter. He found a blue star. This star looked especially gentle. He took out a letter and said softly, "Blue star, this is my letter for you. I hope you can feel the warmth of our town." Then he put the letter beside the star. Magically, the letter was instantly absorbed by the star's light.

Then, Pierre delivered letters to other stars. Every time he delivered a letter, he could feel the response from the stars. It was a warm and powerful feeling. He knew that his letters had brought the greetings from the earth to the stars, and the stars also sent their blessings to him.

Pierre was busy in the starry sky. He became a real starlight postman. His job was not only to deliver letters, but also to be a bridge connecting the earth and the stars, allowing the beauty of the two worlds to be shared. His dream had come true, and he found that this profession had great value, that is, to convey love and hope, whether on the earth or in the far - flung starry sky.
