In a large forest in Russia, there lives a cute but somewhat gluttonous little bear. The little bear has a special hobby, which is honey. Whenever it thinks of that sweet honey, it can't help drooling.
One day, while playing in the forest, the little bear found a large honey pot. This honey pot was placed under a big tree, and there were a lot of bees buzzing around it. The little bear thought to itself, "There's so much honey. If I have just a little bit, I should not be noticed."
So, the little bear carefully stretched out its small paw and slowly moved closer to the honey pot. As soon as its paw touched the honey pot, the bees seemed to sense the danger and all flew over at once. The little bear was terrified, but it was so reluctant to part with the delicious honey that it wanted to grab the honey and run away quickly.
However, the bees would not let this honey - stealing guy off easily. They stung the little bear one after another. The little bear howled in pain as it got stung several big bumps on its nose, ears, and paws.
While running, the little bear regretted. It knew that it should not have stolen the honey. It ran a long, long way until the bees stopped chasing it. The little bear sat under a big tree, touching the red and swollen parts of its body, feeling extremely uncomfortable.
It thought, "If only I had been honest from the beginning and not stolen the honey. Now not only did I not get to eat the honey, but I also got stung so painfully."
Since then, the little bear has become very honest. No matter what delicious food it faces, as long as it is not its own, it will not steal and eat it. It has also understood that honesty is the best quality.
