Once upon a time, in a small village in the United States, there lived a little boy named Jack. He and his mother depended on each other, and although their life was poor, it was full of warmth. One day, Jack traded the only cow in the family for some magic beans. When his mother found out, she was very angry. She thought Jack had done a stupid thing, trading the only valuable thing in the family for some seemingly ordinary beans, and in a fit of anger, she threw the beans out of the window.

Jack looks at the beanstalk outside the window

At night, something amazing happened. Jack was awakened by a strange noise. Looking out of the window, he saw a huge beanstalk emerging from the ground and growing all the way into the clouds. Filled with curiosity, Jack decided to climb up the beanstalk to see what was up there. He climbed higher and higher along the beanstalk, with the clouds drifting by his side like soft marshmallows.

Jack arrives at the world above the clouds

When Jack finally reached the top of the beanstalk, he found himself in a brand - new world. There were huge houses here, with roofs made of biscuits and walls made of candies piled up. Jack walked in this wonderful world and met a giant. At first, the giant looked very fierce, but Jack was very brave and he didn't run away.

Jack is talking to the giant

Jack started to talk with the giant, and he found that the giant was actually very lonely. Although the giant had a lot of treasures, he had no friends. Jack told the giant about his life with his mother in the small village, and the giant listened with great interest. Gradually, they became friends. The giant took Jack to visit his treasure house, which was full of gold coins, jewels and all kinds of magical items.
