In a quiet little town in Germany, there was a little girl named Lily. She was especially fond of going out at night because she thought the world under the moonlight was full of mystery. One night, the moonlight was extraordinarily bright. As usual, Lily slipped out of her house quietly and came to the forest on the edge of the town.
Under the moonlight, the trees in the forest seemed to be draped in a layer of silver gauze. Suddenly, Lily heard a melodious music, as if it came from the depths of the forest. She curiously walked towards the direction of the sound.
Lily found a huge flower with a strange glow in a clearing. The petals of the flower seemed to be made of the purest crystal, and a charming fragrance wafted from the stamen. Lily couldn't help reaching out to touch the flower. The moment her finger touched the petal, a soft light shot out from the flower, illuminating everything around.

The elf took Lily into the air. Looking down, Lily saw that the whole forest was bathed in moonlight, like a silver dream. They flew over a gurgling brook. The water in the brook sparkled with silver light under the moonlight, like a flowing Milky Way.
They flew to a small lake in the forest. The moon and the surrounding trees were reflected on the lake. The elf took Lily and landed on a stone by the lake. Suddenly, many small fish emerged from the lake. These fish also had a faint glow on their bodies, and they swam merrily in the lake.
At this time, more elves flew over from all directions. They held a moonlight ball by the lake. The elves took Lily's hands and danced together in the moonlight. The surrounding trees seemed to be affected as well. Their branches and leaves swayed gently, as if they were applauding for this ball.
Lily felt as if she was in a fairy - tale world. She had never been so happy. As the ball went on, some glittering powder began to fall from the sky. When the powder landed on her body, it felt cool and very comfortable.
However, the night was getting deeper. Lily knew she had to go home. Reluctantly, she said to the elves, "I'm going home. Thank you for bringing me such a wonderful night." The elves smiled and gave Lily a shiny leaf as a souvenir.
Lily took the leaf and walked out of the forest with the elves. When she looked back, the forest had regained its previous tranquility, but she knew that this magical world under the moonlight would always remain in her heart. With this beautiful memory, she quietly returned home and fell into a sweet sleep.
