In a mysterious forest in Japan, there is a talking tree. This tree is tall and thick, and its branches and leaves are like a huge green umbrella, providing shelter for the small animals in the forest from the wind and rain. There are unique patterns on its trunk, like the marks left by time. The small animals in the forest all like this tree very much because it is full of wisdom and can always lend a helping hand when everyone encounters problems.
One day, a little squirrel ran hurriedly to the big tree, looking very worried. The little squirrel said to the big tree, "Big tree, big tree. A lot of the nuts I stored for the winter are missing. I've been looking for them for a long time but still can't find them. What should I do?" The big tree shook its branches and leaves and said gently, "Little squirrel, don't worry. First, think carefully. Where did you see the nuts last?" The little squirrel scratched its head and said, "I remember I put the nuts near the tree hole on the east side, but now there are only a few left there." After thinking for a while, the big tree said, "Go and have a look at the roots of the old oak tree on the east side. This morning, I saw a naughty little monkey sneaking around there." The little squirrel immediately ran to the old oak tree after hearing what the big tree said, and sure enough, it found its missing nuts. It turned out that the little monkey took them thinking they were ownerless nuts. The little squirrel was extremely grateful to the big tree after getting the nuts back.
A few days later, a little rabbit came to the big tree while crying. The little rabbit sobbed and said, "Big tree, I'm going to visit my sick grandma on the other side of the river, but the bridge is broken and I can't cross it. I'm very worried about my grandma." The big tree comforted the little rabbit and said, "Little rabbit, don't cry. Walk upstream along the river. There are several big stones there that can be used as a bridge. You can cross the river from there. But be careful, the stones are a bit slippery." The little rabbit dried its tears and walked in the direction the big tree said. Sure enough, it found those big stones, crossed the river carefully by jumping over the stones, and went to visit its grandma.

There are always strange noises there, and we are very frightened." The big tree carefully asked the little birds about the location of the habitat and the situation of the strange noises. The big tree said, "There may be a small cave near your habitat, and a little fox lives in it. It may be the noises made when it was playing that scared you. You can talk to the little fox and ask it to be quieter when playing or change the place to play." The little birds listened to the big tree and flew to communicate with the little fox. The little fox was very friendly and agreed to the little birds' request. So the little birds could live in the new habitat peacefully again.
