In a beautiful ocean, there lived a little fish. This little fish was a bit different from other fish. It had a big dream. Other fish just swam around near the coral reefs every day, looking for food and then hiding behind the seaweed to rest. But this little fish always looked into the depths of the ocean or at the sea surface in the distance. It wanted to see the world outside the ocean.
The little fish told its good friend, the turtle, about its dream. After hearing it, the turtle widened its eyes and said, "The ocean is already very large, and the outside world is full of the unknown and danger. Why do you want to leave here?" The little fish said firmly, "I know the ocean is big, but I want to see different scenery outside. I want to know how high the sky really is and where the end of the sea is." Seeing how determined the little fish was, the turtle told the little fish a few things it knew about the world outside the ocean. And it told the little fish that if it wanted to go far away, it should be well - prepared and learn to be strong and brave.
The little fish said goodbye to the turtle and started swimming towards the direction of its dream. Soon after, it encountered rough waves. The waves were like huge mountains pressing towards the little fish. The little fish felt its body being pushed and shoved by the waves. It was a little scared, but as soon as it thought of its dream, it summoned up its courage. It tried hard to wag its tail and swam towards the waves with all its strength. It told itself that it must break through these obstacles.
Finally, the little fish broke through the waves and arrived at a new sea area. The corals here were more brightly - colored, and there were also many little fish that it had never seen before. The little fish was extremely happy. It swam merrily in the new sea area, exploring every corner. It knew that as long as it bravely pursued its dream, it would surely be able to see different scenery.
After resting in the new sea area for a while, the little fish decided to move on again. Because it knew that its dream had not been fully realized yet. It wanted to go to more places and see more scenery. With full expectation, it swam towards farther places. Its figure became smaller and smaller in the vast ocean, but its dream grew bigger and bigger.
