Story Summary

The story of a king who jumped into the sea because he misunderstood his son Theseus' death, warning of the importance of communication.

In ancient Greece, there was a king named Aegeus. He had a brave son named Theseus. Theseus was so courageous that he decided to go to Crete to challenge the dreadful Minotaur.

King Aegeus was extremely worried about his son's safety. Before Theseus set off, they made an agreement on a signal. If Theseus came back successfully, he would change the black sail on the ship to a white one. In this way, when the king saw the white sail from a distance by the seaside, he would know that his son was safe.
